Nutrition Services at Bear Care

Our Registered Dietitian offers individual sessions and group sessions!

  • Cost: Families are invited to make a voluntary contribution using a sliding-scale participation fee that is right for your family. No one will be turned away or receive different care based on their ability or decision to contribute.

Interested in group nutrition sessions for sports teams, classes, or groups? We can come to your group and provide individualized nutrition education.

  • Special dietary needs (allergies, intolerances)

  • Sports performance

  • Nutrition and mental health

  • Nutrition on a budget

  • Food insecurity support

Bear Care Food Pantry

Bear Care provides no-cost food for students and families in the White Bear Lake Area School District.

Families —

Pick up prepackaged kits of self-select pantry items.

The Food Pantry is available during scheduled clinic appointments or any time during clinic hours.

Students —

Grab quick snacks during the day or pick up food to bring home.
